Please read through the terms of service before submitting a Commission Request

Commission Pricing is based on personal use only.
If you want to use my work for commercial purposes, please elaborate this in your request and understand there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

Legal Information:
I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO THE WORK UNLESS EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS ARE PURCHASED.
PUTTING MY WORK THROUGH ANY FORM OF GENERATIVE AI ENGINE IS PROHIBITED.
I RETAIN ALL RIGHTS TO IMPLEMENT THE ARTWORK INTO MY PORTFOLIO.
I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO POST THE ARTWORK TO MY SOCIAL MEDIA, UNLESS REQUESTED OTHERWISE.

I RETAIN THE RIGHT TO USE AND MONETIZE MY ART IN ANY WAY I CHOOSE.
THIS MAY BE IN THE FORM OF PRINTS, ONLINE SALES, MARKETING, OR OTHER PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE.

YOU MAY NOT SELL NOR EXCHANGE MY ART IN ANY FORM WHETHER IT BE PHYSICAL, DIGITAL, PRINT, OR NFT UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM ME TO DO SO.

YOU MAY NOT USE MY ARTWORK IN ANY PUBLISHED MATERIAL, EVEN FREE MATERIAL, OR ANY ONLINE OR PHYSICAL MARKETPLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPRESS PERMISSION FROM ME TO DO SO.

I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION IF I FEEL I AM NOT ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR REQUEST TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITIES.
IF I AM UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THE TOPIC OF THE REQUEST, I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DECLINE YOUR REQUEST.

ANY INAPPROPRIATE AND AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR AGAINST ME BEFORE OR DURING THE REQUEST WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION.
YOU WILL RECEIEVE PARTIAL REFUNDING OF THE COMMISSION,
I WILL KEEP 50% OF THE TOTAL PAYMENT IF SUCH CASE ARISES.

Accepted Payment:
Payment is done through Square OR Paypal's invoice system.
There will be a 50% deposit (NON REFUNDABLE) and must be paid before I start.
After the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I work to complete the artwork.
If situations arise where I am unable to complete your commission, I will give a partial refund depending on how far I completed the piece.
THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE.

Turn Around Time:
Turn around time is WHOLLY dependent on your request and how many requests I'm currently filling before you.
I will give you an estimated time frame but please allow up to 2-3 months max to complete the commission just in case something arises.
Please be patient, I strive to fulfill your request with quality and care.
Please feel free to ask me for updates!
I will be honest and clear with you about where I am in the process when you message me.

Process:
Please send as many references possible of your character(s).
Providing detailed references ensures I will stay true to your vision and better fulfill your request,
avoiding any unnecessary mistakes in the future.
Non-Visual References (Text Descriptions, No Photo)
may result in additional charges or even be declined outright.
I will send progress images throughout the process of your commission.
This will appear in the form of sketches and potentially flat images.
It is your responsibility to be clear with your design when reviewing these sketches.
Once the sketch is approved, the remaining payment must be sent.
Please refer to ACCEPTED PAYMENT to review the refund policies.

Revision Policies:
Once the artwork is completed, I will send it over for your final review.
Three (3) revisions may be requested.
Any revisions requested after the initial three (3) will incur an additional charge dependent on the severity of the request.
The additional charge(s) must be paid in full before I proceed to revise your request.
Finalization:
Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will email you the full resolution .PNG files of the artwork.
These pieces may appear on social media with a watermark.
In regards to digital artwork,
NO Physical Media will be delivered unless requested
(Prints and shipping incur an additional fee)
Any requests to physical artwork (EX: Paper sketches, Acrylic Paintings, ETC) will be delivered.
Shipping is a separate fee that will be calculated at the end of the commission process.

Commercial Use:
In regards to commercial use, there will be unique pricing depending on the type of request you are making.
Commercial Use Commissions fall under products such as
Logos, Stream Assets, Product Designs, Publications, Merch Designs.
If you have a question regarding whether or not your request falls under "Commercial Use",
please send a request and we can discuss further on you and your business' needs.

By commissioning me, Is0propyl Illustrations, you agree to the above terms.
You, the requester, have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
